Boring the 5/8" cylinder holes
I only have fixed tools up to 1/2". Due to clearance problems, I am finishing the hole to .500 with my shortened ball end mill. Not the best way!

Boring the crank case
My boring head doesn't give enough clearance to finish the holes, to 5/8", so I made this 4-flute countersink-like tool. It cut down a bit before stopping. I think I'll use it on all five, and open up the clearance for the piston rods with a small endmill
